IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. Student must be a minimum of 2.5 years by 08 Apr 2024 to be eligible for this class. 2. Parent/ guardian participation is required for this class (1 parent/ guardian per student only). 3. Class is open to both boys & girls. Little Stars reserves the right to move a student to a different class if any age/ability prerequisites outlined for this class are not met. Our priority is to ensure that each student is placed in an appropriate class for their age and level of ability and development. CLASS DESCRIPTION This introductory class is designed to support children starting 2.5 years in developing their motor skills while building balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Children work alongside a parent/ guardian to explore the gym with coach guidance. This class utilizes obstacle courses, games, and traditional gymnastics equipment to support little ones in developing sensory perception, spatial and body awareness and build confidence at a young age. Parent/Guardian will play an active role in the class, assisting their child with the activities and providing support and encouragement throughout. Overall, the Mom, Pop & Me class is a wonderful way for parents and children to bond and learn together while developing important physical and social skills. WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING Children & Parents/Guardians should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring a water bottle. It is recommended to do the class barefoot as it allows for better traction on the equipment (avoid tights as they can be slippery). Bookings are non-refundable/ non-transferable. TRIAL CLASS If your child is new to our academy, we recommend signing up for a trial class before making a full-term booking. Our trial classes provide an opportunity for your child to experience the program, meet our coaches, and interact with other students prior to making a commitment to the term. The cost of a Trial session with the Mom, Pop & Me group is 85AED per child (trials are limited to one session per new student).
