CLASS DESCRIPTION This class is designed to introduce girls ages 4 to 6 years to the exciting and beautiful world of Rhythmic Gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment! Children will learn the fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics including body control, flexibility, coordination, strength, balance, and musicality. Children will have the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of rhythmic gymnastics equipment including ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, and rope. The Tots class offers a great all-around physical education compliment to any young girl’s development. WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING Children should wear comfortable clothing that allow for unrestricted movement (a gymnastics leotard is encouraged; athletic shorts or leggings can be worn over the leotard). It is recommended to wear Rhythmic half shoes (avoid tights as they can be slippery). Children should bring a water bottle. TRIAL CLASS If your child is new to our academy, we recommend signing up for a trial class before making a full-term booking. Our trial classes provide a great opportunity for your child to experience the program, meet our coaches, and interact with other students prior to making a commitment to the term. The cost of a Trial session with the Tots group is 95AED per child (trials are limited to one session per new student). This class is designed for girls ages 7 and over who are interested in developing their skills and passion for rhythmic gymnastics. The class will focus on enhancing every child's technical ability, creativity, and musicality. Children will learn the fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics including body control, flexibility, coordination, strength, balance, and musicality. Children will have the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of rhythmic gymnastics equipment including ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, and rope.
